This is a note of appreciation and gratitude for dear Shailja for walking me through this journey of health and well-being 🙏🏻
I am 58 yrs and was not overweight other than some menopausal weight gain and some digestive issues and most importantly both my legs had started hurting and quality of life was going down.

Ran from one Physiotherapist to a chiropractor to Acupuncturist to exercise routine for about year and a half. Spent loads of money but to no avail. Then my doctor suggested some weight loss and I got in touch with Shailja who had helped a friend and she was extremely happy with the results.
So that’s when my journey of weight loss n wellbeing started with Shailja. I’m so happy to report that she taught me how to eat right and not do silly fad diets .
Her program is a lifestyle program and though I was a bit apprehensive to begin with, I soon took to it like duck to water. My digestion improved, my weight steadily started to decline and I felt very good like never before.
I lost a little over 10 kg and now I’m on maintaining it with her. it’s never too late to make age n health appropriate changes👍thank you Shailja for all your help and patience. A grateful student
